What is included in the session price?
Each session includes one-on-one coaching, vocal warm-ups, technique work tailored to your voice, and written practice notes you can use between lessons. No extra fees apply for standard session materials.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes, you can move between the Starter, Progress, or Performer packages at the start of a new billing cycle. Just let us know your preference before your next scheduled payment date.
Do you offer refunds for unused sessions?
Unused sessions within a monthly package can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability. Refunds for cancellations are handled case by case according to our studio policy.
How do I pay for lessons?
We accept cash payments in person at our Tanta studio, as well as bank transfer and mobile wallet payments. Monthly packages are typically paid in advance before the first session of the cycle.
Is there a difference in cost for beginners versus experienced singers?
Pricing is based on session frequency and package length rather than skill level. Beginners and experienced singers pay the same rate; coaching content is adjusted to match individual ability and goals.
Do prices include music instruction materials?
Practice sheets, exercise plans, and progress notes are included at no extra cost. Any specific sheet music requested by a student may involve a separate, clearly communicated cost.
